Anna Allen

Anna M. Allen, 87, of Circleville, died March 18, 2013 at Brown Memorial. She was born Feb. 10, 1926 in Pickaway County the daughter of Chester A. and Elsie M. (Whaley) Large. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Merrill Allen Jr.; brothers, Eugene and Chester Large Jr.; sister, Mary Alice Buskirk; brothers-in-law, Ron Gool and Richard Buskirk; sisters-in-law, Rosie Large, Faye Davis and Arlene Pace; and nephew, Glenn Large. Anna was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She is survived by her children, Anna M. (John) Faren of Hillsboro, Ron (Debbie) Allen of Commercial Point, Jack (Anna) Allen of Laurelville, Freda (Tom) Boysel and Rick (Sherry) Allen of Circleville; 10 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren and 2 great great-grandchildren; brothers, Paul (Ann) and Glenn (Vickie) Large; sisters, Virginia (Dick) Ankrom, Ruth (Dallas) Elliott and Pauline Gool; and sisters-in-law, Bonnie Large, Joyce Johnston and Vernadene Isaac. Funeral services will be Thursday, March 21, 2013 at 10:00 am at the Wellman Funeral Home, Circleville. Burial will be in Forest Cemetery. Friends may call from 5 - 8 p.m. Wednesday.
