Anna Getz

Anna M. Getz, 73, of Laurelville passed away on September 15, 2016. She was born on August 16, 1943 in Hocking County to Arthur and Mary (Funk) Grove. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, John Getz Sr., brothers, Charles and Francis Grove. Anna is survived by her children; Mary (Danny) Saunders, Julie Pritchard, John (Heather) Getz Jr., Ronald (Mary) Getz, 9 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, 2 great great grandchildren and by several nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 24, 2016 at 4:00 p.m. at the Jubilee Gospel Center, Kingston with Rev. David VanArsdale officiating. Burial of the ashes will be at a later date in Lithopolis Cemetery. Memorial contributions are suggested to God’s Community Food Pantry c/o Kingston National Bank.
