Anna Hay

Anna L. Hay, 82, of Amanda, died May 20, 2012 at Logan Elm Health Care. She was born September 8, 1929 in Carter Co., KY the daughter of George and Nina (Evans) Parsons. She was a member of Resurrection Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Evan Hay; son-in-law, Bob McFarland; brothers, Russell, Noble, Roy and Oather Parsons and sisters, Ruth Davidson, Emily Johnson and Nonabelle Derr. Anna is survived by her daughter, Linda McFarland of Amanda; grandson, Bobby (Ashley) McFarland; great-grandchildren, Cayden Evan McFarland, Abigale McLaughlin and one on the way, Lilly Ann McFarland; brother, Elvin Parsons and sister, Clarice Brunty. Funeral service will be held 11:00 a.m. Thursday May 24, 2012 at Resurrection Baptist Church with Pastor Jeff Blakeman officiating. Burial will be in Floral Hills Cemetery. Friends may call from 5-8 p.m. Wednesday at Wellman Funeral Home, Circleville. Memorial contributions may be made to Resurrection Baptist Church.
