Anna Millar

Anna Pauline Millar of Circleville, passed away October 7, 2012. She was born October 5, 1925 in Delaware, OH, the daughter of the late John and Leota (Green) Strawser. She was a member of the Grant Hospital Guild, the Edelweis Damanchor of the Swiss Club and was the membership chairman, the Helvetica Beneficial Society and Hostess for the Swiss Chalet Restaurant. She was the previous owner of the A&W Drive Inn and Restaurant and the A&W Trailer Park in Circleville. She was preceded in death by her brothers, Wilbur and John Strawser; grandson, Michael Emerine, nephew, Clyde Strawser and daughter-in-law, Ida May Strawser. She is survived by her husband, James Millar; daughters, Ginger (Mike) Emerine of FL and Karen (Daniel) Smith of Circleville: daughter-in-law, Ruth Strawser of Columbus; step-sons, James of PA, Kenneth (Tina) of AZ and Robert of CA; step-daughter, Judy of PA; 5 grandchildren, Gary, Tony and Kevin Emerine, Teresa McHugh and Danielle Smith; 10 great grandchildren, Chad, Brittnie, Corrina, Emily and Julia Emerine, B.J. & Dante Smith and Brittney and Cody McHugh; 6 step grandchildren, Jessica, Kristen, Jason, Erin Quenton and Isabella Millar; nieces Beverly Hickman and Kathy Strawser and nephew, Michael Strawser. Funeral service will be held 6:00 p.m.Wednesday October 10, 2012 at the Wellman Funeral Home, Circleville. Friends may call from 4-6 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Graveside service will be held 1:00 p.m. Friday at Fairview Cemetery in Delaware.
