April Hamman

April L. Hamman, 51, of Circleville, died December 16, 2009 at her residence. She was born April 6, 1958 in Columbus, the daughter of Patrick and Anna (Drake) Neal of Five Points. She was a 1976 graduate of Westfall H.S., 1980 graduate of Marietta College, Sigma Kappa Sorority and was employed by Pickaway-Ross Vocational School. She enjoyed watching her sons in sports and participating in 4-H. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Vallery Nicole. She is survived by her parents; loving and devoted husband, Bill Hamman; sons, Will and John; sister, Lori (Mike) Butler of Five Points; brothers and sisters-in-law, Tom (Genny) and Andy (Cathy) Hamman; nephews; 1 great niece and many other close relatives and friends. Funeral service will be held 10:30 a.m. Monday December 21, 2009 at the Wellman Funeral Home, Circleville, with Chaplain Jim Ferrell officiating. Burial will be in Springlawn Cemetery. Friends may call from 2-5 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Berger Hospice or Circleville Athletic Boosters.
