Arnold “Emmer” Baldwin, 79, of Circleville, passed away June 26, 2022 at Berger Hospital. He was born on December 11, 1942 in Circleville, the son of Kenneth and Mable (Hoffman) Baldwin. He was the owner of “Mr. Fix It” and retired from Logan Elm Schools maintenance dept. He was preceded in death by his parents and brothers, Roy Palmer and Joe Baldwin. He is survived by his wife, Arlene (Hunter) Baldwin; children, Ty (Ronda), Troy (Jonda) and Travis (Jennifer); grandchildren, Adam, Morgan, Seth, Luke and Ava; great grandchildren, Cade, Lleyton, Allie, Brooklyn, Claire and Jedd; brother, Fred Palmer and sister, Carol Crosby. Funeral service will be held 10:00 a.m. Thursday June 30, 2022 at the Wellman Funeral Home with Pastor Gerald Mershimer officiating. Burial will be in Maple Hill Cemetery.
