Arthur Cave

Arthur Elton Cave, 80 of Circleville, passed away November 19, 2014 at the V.A. Medical Center, with his wife and daughters at his side. He was born January 17, 1934 in Fairfield County to the late Arthur and Edna (Tobin) Cave. He was a graduate of Stoutsville High School and served 2 years in the U.S. Army. Most of his time served was in Germany. Art retired from DuPont after 34 years and attended Salem United Methodist Church. Art enjoyed following the grandchildren’s activities. He was preceded in death by brother, Robert and 3 sisters, Helen Warner, Margaret Cave and Maxine Cave. He is survived by his wife of 59 years, Lea-Ann (Noggle) Cave; sister, Betty (Cave) Courtright; daughters, Nanci (Ben) Osborne of The Villages, FL, Jackie (Tom) Congrove of Circleville; son, Chuck (Jenifer) Cave of Cleveland, TX; 9 grandchildren, Tyler (Leah) Congrove of New Albany, Tim Congrove of Hilliard, Trent and Jillian Congrove of Circleville, Kurt Little and Kent (Samantha) Little of Dallas, TX, Lisa, Holly and Staci Cave of Kingwood, TX. Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Monday November 24, 2014 at the Wellman Funeral Home, Circleville with burial to follow in Maple Hill Cemetery. Friends may call from 1:00 to 4:30 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. Memorial donations may be made to Salem U. M. Church or V.A. Medical Center, Chillicothe, OH.
