Barbara Jeanne (Haynes) Easter

God got another beautiful Angel today.  Barbara Easter, 85, passed away March 8, 2018 at Pickaway Manor in Circleville.  She was born February 2, 1933 to Arthur and Edith (Detty) Haynes.  She shared her birthday with her granddaughter Lisa.  She will now be with her parents….her beloved son Jack…daughter-in-law Robyn…her brother Charles Haynes and her sister Janie Hedges in Heaven.  On October 29, 1950 she married her husband William Easter.  She is survived by her husband and children Art (Judy) Easter, Kathi (Dale) Imler, John (Lori) Easter, grandchildren Brian (Tonya) Easter, Kandi Imler, Lisa Hall, Brandy (John) Picklesimer, Skyler Easter, great grandchildren Seth Imler, Karson McDonald, Gunner, Wade and Baylee Hall, Kylie and Lane Picklesimer, Zachary Easter, sister Mary Baker, daughter-in-law Carol Powell, several nieces and nephews and daughters of her heart…Becky Josephson, Linda Kline and Kay Jacobs.  Barb worked previously in the Circulation Department for the Circleville Herald and for many years at Kline’s Hiltop Market in Yellowbud.  Her family would like to give special thanks to the nurses and aides at Pickaway Manor, Heartland Hospice and Dr. Yadwinder Singh for taking such wonderful care of our mom.  She was devoted to her family…to OSU Football…and to her cat A.J. (named after A.J. Hawk who was her all-time favorite football player).  In 2015 she got to meet A.J. and spent several hours talking with him…a memory she loved sharing.  Cremation was handled by Wellman Funeral Home, Circleville.  A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, March 18, 2018 at Springbank Church Social Room (SR 104 approx. 2 miles south of Yellowbud) from 4-6:30 with funeral service at 6:30.  Please wear your favorite OSU gear to honor Barb.  Memorial contributions are suggested to Pickaway County Animal Shelter.
