Barbara (Noble) Marr

Barbara Marr, 93, of Chillicothe passed away on September 8, 2024.  She was born on February 19, 1931 in Chillicothe to Jake and Ellen (Evans) Noble.  She had been a Sunday School teacher for many years at Laurelville Church of God; member of D.A.R., Ross County Farm Bureau and was an avid roller skater.  In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Carroll Marr; son David Marr and siblings Jake, Dale and Lyle Noble and Caroline Noble Whitten.  Barbara is survived by her daughter Jo Ellen Marr; grandchildren Elisha Marr and Dara (William) Begley; great granddaughter Violet and by daughter-in-law Kimberly Marr Allen (Terry). Funeral services will be held on Sunday, September 15, 2024 at 3:00 p.m. at Laurelville Church of God, Laurelville with burial to follow in White Church Cemetery.  Visitation is at the church from 1-3 p.m.  Memorial contributions are suggested to Laurelville Church of God.
