Barbara (Strawser) Phillips

Barbara Phillips, 54, of Circleville passed away on August 13, 2023.  She was born on January 6, 1969 in San Francisco, California to Thomas and Irma (Rodriguez) Strawser.  In addition to her parents she is survived by her ex-husband Jim Phillips; siblings Anita and Tommy Strawser; many aunts, uncles and cousins and her beloved fur sisters Cookies and Kitties.  Memorial gathering will be held on Tuesday, August 22, 2023 from 4-6 p.m. at the Wellman Funeral Home, Circleville.  After the memorial service family will get together with friends at Watt Street Tavern.  In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to The Earth Angel Foundation, PO Box 333, Circleville, Ohio 43113.  Online condolences can be made to www.wellmanfuneralhomes.com.
