Bertha (Stump) Grove

Bertha Alice Grove, 88, of Circleville passed away on May 4, 2018.  She was born on November 3, 1929 in Hocking County Ohio to Carl and Fanchion (Fetherolf) Stump.  She served in the US Army.  In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Paul Grove, siblings C. Lloyd Stump, Esther Henson, Rosella Norton, Marie Whitcraft, Ruth Moore and Marlene McNichols. Alice is survived by her brother, Carl A (Pat)  Stump, sisters, Betty Hatzo and Audrey Azbell and several nieces and nephews.  Graveside services will be held on Monday, May 7, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. at Amanda Township Cemetery with Chaplain Dean Queen officiating.   Memorial contributions are suggested to Alzheimer’s Association Central Ohio Chapter, 1379 Dublin Road, Columbus, Ohio 43215.  Online condolences can be made to www.wellmanfuneralhomes.com.
