Betty Haley

Betty Lou Copley Haley, 79 of Circleville, died May 12, 2012 at Riverside Hospital. She was born November 27, 1932 in Wayne County, WV, the daughter of Fred and Viola (Williamson) Ratcliff. She was preceded in death by her parents; 1st. husband, Ira Ray Copley; 2nd husband, George “Butch” Haley and brothers, Johnny and Lacey Ratcliff. She is survived by her children, Glenna (Dave) Agin of Kingston, Bonnie (Jim) Newell of Chillicothe and Ira Ray (Tammy) Copley, Jr. of Williamsport; 4 grandchildren, Lori (Gary) Howard and Ben (Leslie) Newell of Chillicothe, Hannah Copley of Williamsport and Frank Agin of Kingston; 9 great grandchildren; brothers, Jerry Ratcliff of Cambridge, Denny (Patsy) Ratcliff of AL and Lynn (Angie) Ratcliff of KY; special neighbor, Jacob who cared for her dog, Meicko during her illness. Funeral service will be held 7:00 p.m. Tuesday May 15, 2012 at the Wellman Funeral Home, Circleville. Friends may call from 5-7 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. Graveside service will be held 2:00 p.m. Wednesday Copley Cemetery, Webb, WV.
