Betty Neal

Betty Neal, 85, of Circleville passed away on April 3, 2017. She was born on November 5, 1931 in Circleville to Edward and Minnie (Cooper) Strawser. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband William Neal. Betty is survived by her sons Mike (Connie) and Jim Neal, grandchildren Brent and Brady (Michelle) Neal, Brooke (Jason) Paxton, Sarah (Barry) Kirkland, Rebekah (Asa) Radcliff, Hollie (Mike) Jacques, 9 great grandchildren and by brother John Strawser and sister Margaret Downing. A gathering of family and friends will be held on Friday, April 7, 2017 at 12:00 p.m. at the Wellman Funeral Home with a short memorial service to follow. Burial will be in Floral Hills Cemetery.
