Betty Owens

Betty L. (Skaggs) Owens went to be with our Lord on March 8, 2013. She was born in Mt. Sterling, OH on November 18, 1938. Betty will be forever missed in her family’s hearts until they meet again in Heaven. Preceding her to Heaven were her father Jack Skaggs, mother Nolvie (Brown) Skaggs, brother Charlie Skaggs and nephew Ricky Vale. Betty was also the widow of the late Raymond Brown. Betty leaves behind her loving husband of 19 years Gerald Owens, daughters Rhonda (Ralph) Landry and Jackie (Bob) Swale, step-daughters Andrea Owens and Carla Hedges, sisters JoAnn (Ed) Keller, LaVern Roese and RoxAnn (Virgil) Caldwell, 3 grandchildren, Brandon and Kendall Landry and Josh Hedges, 1 great grandchild due in August and many loving nieces, nephews and cousins. You are our Angel. Please give us strength until we meet again. We love you. Funeral service will be held 10:30 a.m. Wednesday March 13, 2013 at Wellman Funeral Home, Circleville with Pastor Don Blankenship officiating. Burial will be in Forest Cemetery. Friends may call from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. Tuesday
