Betty Riffle

Betty J. Riffle, 82, of Circleville, went home to be with the Lord, Saturday morning, February 10, 2007. She was born December 5, 1924 in Pickaway County, OH and was the daughter of Harry and Cora (Justus) Riffle. Betty was never married, yet had plenty of family and friends that loved her. Betty retired from General Electric. She never missed the Pumpkin Show and enjoyed entering her 1964 Olds in many car shows and won numerous trophies. She is survived by a brother-in-law, James Alexander of Millersburg; niece, Debbie Baker of Westerville; nephews, Harry, Don, Victor and Larry Riffle all of Circleville, Bob Brumfield of Chillicothe and Ron Alexander of Millersburg; numerous great nieces and nephews; great great nieces and nephews and friends. She was preceded in death by a brother, Carl Riffle and three sisters, Marvine Brumfield, Doris Cassell and Dollie Alexander. Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. Friday at the Wellman Funeral Home, Circleville, with Pastor James Moss officiating. Burial will be in Forest Cemetery.
