Betty J. Underwood, 69, of Stoutsville, died January 19, 2007 at her residence. She was born June 10, 1937 in Ward, WV, the daughter of the late Robert and Goldie (Hapney) Hill. She is survived by her husband, Paul E. Underwood; sons, Roger Kennedy of KY, Keith Underwood of Waverly and Paul Underwood, Jr. of FL; daughter, Paula Eldon of FL; 12 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; 1 sister, Ella Mae Shablin of WV and brother, Fenton Hill of WV. Funeral service will be held 1:00 p.m. Monday January 22, 2007 at the Wellman Funeral Home, Circleville. Burial will be in Maple Hill Cemetery. Friends may call from 11:30 a.m. until the time of service on Monday.
