Billie Williams

Billie Williams, 88, of Circleville, died October 6, 2012 at Chillicothe VA. He was born January 25, 1924 in Johnson County, KY, the son of Lorenzo Dord and Phoeba (Lemaster) Williams. He was a U.S. Army veteran of WWII and retired carpenter. He was preceded in death by his wife, Leona (Stewart) Williams; sisters, Beulah Sparks, Dixie Wells and Jewel Johnson and brothers, Dow, Robert, Roger and Vonnie Williams. He is survived by his daughters, Glenna (Burt) Keener of NC, Connie (Tim) Hegarty of Circleville, Vicky (Ken) Gregory of Ashville and Beverly (David) Sours of Circleville; 10 grandchildren, John (Teresa) Keener, Chad (Melissa) Keener, Shawn (Heather) Hegarty, Shane (Christina) Hegarty, Chris (Jenny) Hegarty, Kristi (Craig) Malone, Heather (Jason) Bartholow, Lindsay (Aaron) Jeffers, Bryan (Meghan) Sours and Nicole Sours; 10 great grandchildren; 3 sisters, Edna Adams, Edith (Roy) Adams and Ruby Scaggs; 2 brothers, Sam (Rita) Williams and Don (Laura) Williams; brother-in-law, Chuck Scaggs; sister-in-law, Mavis Williams and special friend, Rudy Spalding. Funeral service will be held 10:30 a.m. Thursday October 11, 2012 at the Nicholas Dr. Church of God with Rev. Chris Hegarty officiating. Burial will be in Forest Cemetery. Friends may call from 5-8 p.m. Wednesday at the Wellman Funeral Home, Circleville.
