Blivian J. Rhodes, 82, of Circleville, died October 18, 2012 at OSU. She was born July 23, 1930 in Circleville, the daughter of Fredrick and Ruth (Albright) Woodward. She was preceded in death by her parents and husband, Charles H. Rhodes. She is survived by her son, Charles C. Rhodes; daughter, Quadena Rhodes; foster daughter, Dena Taylor and sister, Donna Rae (Russ) Lutz. No services will be observed. Cremation has taken place. Arrangements were completed by the Wellman Funeral Home, Circleville.
