Brooklyn Nicole Duffy, 1 day old, passed away on Saturday, March 21, 2015 at Nationwide Children’s Hospital. She was born on March 20, 2015 in Circleville to Chris Duffy and Carri Metcalfe. In addition to her parents she is survived by siblings; Taylor and Christopher Jr., grandparents; Tom and Teresa Duffy, Noreena and Donald Metcalfe Jr. and great grandparent; Thomas Hoffman. Funeral services will be held on Friday, March 27, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. at the Wellman Funeral Home with burial to follow in Forest Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home on Friday from 1:00 p.m. until the time of service at 2:00. Memorials are suggested to the funeral home in Brooklyn’s name.
