Carl Brown, Jr

Carl L. “Butch” Brown, South Bloomfield, OH, passed away on December 29, 2010 at the age of 64 at Berger Hospital. Butch was born August 3, 1946 in Columbus, Ohio. He was the son of Carl and Opal Brown. He was a roofer and retired truck driver. On March 16, 1965 he was married to Glenna Payne who survives. Together for more than 45 years, they shared a strong and everlasting love. Surviving along with his wife, Glenna is his son and daughters, Samantha and Jay Fisher of Stoutsville, Darryl and Julia Brown of Ashville and Tammy Brown of Ashville; brother, Jerry Brown of Columbus; three sisters, Glenna Boysel of Lancaster, Judy Nungester of Circleville and Linda Craig of Columbus. He is also remembered and loved by 13 grandchildren, Sean, Christopher, Sarah, Tessa, Angel, Jamie, Jenna, Misha, Darryl, II, Levi, Heather, Ashley and Junior and 5 great grandchildren, Loralye, Roaryie, Braden, Lillian and Klaylee. Preceding him in death is one sister, Carol Garrett of Cheyenne, WY and brother, Tracy Brown of Circleville. Funeral service will be held 1:00 p.m. Tuesday January 4, 2011 at the Wellman Funeral Home, Circleville. Burial will be in Forest Cemetery. Friends may call from 4-8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
