Carl Clifton

Carl V. Clifton, 93, of Chillicothe passed away on March 1, 2021.  He was born on May 1, 1927 in Carter County, KY to John and Doan (Kiser) Clifton.  he was preceded in death by his parents.  Carl is survived by his wife Virginia (Call) Clifton, children Anita Smith, Dwayne Clifton and Daphne Carr, 5 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren, 5 great, great grandchildren and by one sister Ida Fern.  A graveside service will be held on Friday, March 5, 2021 at noon at Floral Hills Cemetery with Chaplain Dean Queen officiating.   Online condolences can be made to www.wellmanfuneralhomes.com.
