Carla Withers

Carla Withers, 51, of Circleville died on Saturday, January 18, 2014. She was born on October 12, 1962 to Enoch and Clara (Hedges) Toops. She was an RN for Berger Health Systems, member of Crossroads Church, Circleville EMS and was an avid reader. She was preceded in death by her parents. On January 26, 1985 she married the love of her life, Kevin Harley, who survives. Carla is survived by her children, Jeremiah Withers and Chelsea (Marc Harris) Withers, one brother, Andrew Toops, sisters in Christ, Sheila Rae Brown and Kim Malcolm, special niece, Tara Marie, god daughter, Rosemary Ellen and by several special nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles and countless loved ones, friends and co-workers. Funeral service will be held on Friday, January 24, 2014 at 10:30 a.m. at the Wellman Funeral Home, Circleville with burial to follow at Hitler-Ludwig Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home on Wednesday from 2-4 and 6-8 and again on Thursday from 2-4 and 6-8. Memorials are suggested to Circle Area Humane Society of Pickaway Twp. Fire Dept.
