Carlos Dale Thomas, 69 of Circleville died August 6, 2015 at Berger ER. He was born on December 13, 1945 in Princeton, WV, the son of John and Dora (Cooper) Thomas. He was preceded in death by his parents; sisters, Helen Ford and Betty Smith. He is survived by his wife, Juanita Mae Thomas; daughter, Regina (Duane) Holroyd; sons, Carlos “Dale”, Jr. (Shelley) and Matthew Thomas; 3 grandchildren, Cameron, Deanna (Chris) Ellison and Jonathan; 3 step-grandchildren, Brennen, Cameron and Emily; 2 great grandchildren, Andrew and Jase; sister-in-law, Carolyn Fae (Carl) Marks and nephew, Jeffrey Marks. Funeral service will be held 1:00 p.m. Monday August, 10, 2015 at the Wellman Funeral Home, Circleville. Burial will be in Muhlenbuerg Twp. Cemetery.
