Carol Franks

Carol Franks, 73, of South Bloomfield, died April 19, 2017 at her residence. She was born May 11, 1943 in Franklin County, the daughter of Stephen and Dorothy (Reid) Cook. She was preceded in death by her parents and sister, Sharon Welsh. She is survived by her children, Tami Singleton, Jami (Tom) Gavigan and James “Jimmy” Franks; grandchildren, Amy (John) Horsley, Mandi Crosby, Michael Crosby and Tori Franks; great grandchildren, Jenna, Alyssa, Tessa and Ryan and siblings, Patricia (Larry) Moore and Stephen (Sandi) Cook. Funeral service will be held 11:00 a.m. Tuesday April 25, 2017 at the Zion United Methodist Church. Burial will be in Harrison Twp. Cemetery. Friends may call from 5-8 p.m. Monday at the church.
