Carol Marvine (Neff) Stevenson, of Circleville, Ohio, a loving and devoted mother to her nine children, went home to the Lord, peacefully on March 25, 2025 in Lancaster, Ohio, at the age of 83. Born on April 11, 1941 in Mount Sterling, Ohio. Carol was a pillar of love, strength, kindness, and unwavering support throughout her life.

Carol, was a graduate of Circleville High School Class of 1959. She retired from The Orient Correctional Institute. Following retirement, she chose to fill her time with a job at the local Kroger Fuel Center, where she never met a stranger. She was known for her large family, great cooking, hard work and faith in God. She always opened her home to friends and family. She loved Christmas, decorating, cooking, and celebrating with her family. She cherished spending time with her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren, sharing stories and traditions that will forever be treasured memories. What an amazing life, experiences and memories she has left us.

She is survived by sisters Ellen Robinson and Cheryl (Robin) Webb, nine children: Brad (Lisa) Rase, Jeff (Karmen) Rase, Tamra (Paul) Reif, Tonya (Don) Capela, Krista (Steve) Poling, Kim (Chad) Shuttleworth, Andrea (Jeff) Haddox, Courtney (Max) Rothgeb, and Shawn Stevenson. She also has 29 grandchildren and many great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Harold and Elizabeth Neff, brothers, Jerry and Randy Neff, and 3 grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Friday, March 28, 2025 from 3-5 at Wellman Funeral Home, Circleville. The family will have a private Celebration of Life following the visitation. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to The Pickering House FairHope Hospice and Palliative Care in Lancaster, Ohio.

We will always remember her unwavering faith in God, strength, determination and the profound impact she had on our lives.
