CARVEL V. “PAT’ SIMMONS  After a brief illness, Carvel V. “Pat” Simmons of Cincinnati went to be with the Lord on November 13, 2018 at Good Samaritan Hospital, Cincinnati.  He was born October 21, 1968 in Circleville, OH. Pat is survived by his parents, Carvel, Frankfort, OH and Inez Simmons, Cincinnati, and Charlmel Simmons, stepmother, Frankfort.  Also surviving are his daughter, Brianna (Jake) Tracy, Del Rio, Texas; son, Isaiah White, Ft. Thomas, KY; grandson, Ari  Xerxes Tracy, Del Rio, TX; sister, Myra (Wesley) Watson, Carmel, Indiana; nieces, Lydia and Hallie Watson; nephew, Cameron Watson; aunts, Retha Simmons Jones, Ruth Simmons, and Eunice (John) Lowe; uncles, Lewis (Carol) Jones and Raymond (Diane) Jones; significant other, Belinda Homan and many cousins and other family members.  Pat first began to follow and accept Jesus at an early age at Mt. Zion Baptist Church, Cincinnati.  He was a graduate of Roger Bacon High School, Cincinnati and attended St. Joseph College, Rensselear, Indiana. Visitation will be 11-1 with service at 1:00 at Wellman Funeral Home, 1455 N. Court St., Circleville, OH 43113 on Monday, November 19, 2018.  Internment will immediately follow the service at Forest Cemetery, Circleville.  In lieu of flowers, please send donations to Mt.
