Chad Carroll

Chad Michael Carroll, 30, of Rockbridge, died January 2, 2013 at OSU Hospital. He was born May 23, 1982 in Columbus, the son of Kenneth and Teresa (Rodgers) Carroll. He was preceded in death by twin sons, Duke & Hank and grandmother, Alice Carroll. He is survived by his wife, Adrien (Fuller) Carroll; children, Hailie, Jaida, Chad, Jr. “Bub” and Alice; father, Kenneth Carroll; mother, Teresa (Terry) Downour; and brother, Keith (Kristi) Carroll. Funeral service will be held 1:00 p.m. Tuesday January 8, 2013 at the Wellman Funeral Home, Laurelville. Burial will be in Morgan Chapel Cemetery. Friends may call from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service. Memorial contributions may be made to a trust fund for the children c/o PNC Bank.
