Chari White

Chari Renee Carter White, 46, of Delaware, passed away on October 30, 2016 after a long battle with breast cancer. She was born in Washington Court House on August 26, 1970 to Byron and Ethel (Harman) Carter. Chari graduated from Circleville High School and went on to receive a Master’s in Business Administration from Franklin University. She was married to Jeffrey White on March 18, 2004. Chari took pride in working for the Federal Government for the last 28 years. Chari is survived by her husband Jeffrey White, son; Tyler Billups (Kyrstin Thornton) of Rockville, MD, step-son; Nate White, parents; Byron and Ethel Carter of Spring Hill, FL., sister and brother-in-law; Lisa and Dan Ragland of Beaver, her niece; Samantha Ragland, nephews; John and Daniel Ragland, and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and close friends. Her loving personality, wealth of selflessness and friendly smile will be sorely missed by all of her family, friends, and co-workers at Defense Logistics Agency and by her four legged “child” Siren. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, November 5, 2016 at 10:30 a.m. at the Wellman Funeral Home with burial to follow in Browns Chapel Cemetery.
