Charles Whaley

Charles “Bobby” Whaley, 66, of New Port Richey, Florida passed away on January 9, 2016 in Florida. He was born on April 6, 1949 in Circleville to Pearl and Elsie (Smith) Whaley. Bobby was a Vietnam Army Veteran. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by step son; Jason Mustard and brothers; Larry and Patrick Whaley. Bobby is survived by his wife Denise, daughters; Amanda (Wes) Newman, Melinda (Tony) Trimble, sons; Brett and Michael Whaley, step children; Christopher Jenkins, Patty Mustard, Sonny Tackett, Joshua Jenkins, 22 grandchildren and by brother; Steve (Mary Ann) Whaley and by sister; Vicki (Don) Stonerock. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, January 14, 2016 at 1:30 p.m. at the Wellman Funeral Home with burial to follow in Forest Cemetery.
