Charlie Skaggs

Charlie Lee Skaggs, 59, of Ashville, passed away January 11, 2013 due to an auto accident. He was born on January 9, 1954 in Circleville, the son of William and Nolvie (Brown) Skaggs. He was preceded in death by his parents and nephew, Ricky Lee Vale. He is survived by his sisters, Betty (Jerry) Owens, JoAnn (Edward) Keller, LaVern Roese and Roxann (Virgil) Caldwell; numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, nephews and good friends. He enjoyed fishing, hunting and watching the Buckeyes and Browns. Funeral service will be held 3:00 p.m. Wednesday January 16, 2013 at the Wellman Funeral Home, Circleville. Friends may call from 12 noon till the time of service on Wednesday. Cremation to follow.
