Christopher Collins

Christopher Lee “Chris” Collins, 36, of Adelphi, died February 9, 2010 at Grant Hospital. He was born December 12, 1973 in Chillicothe, the son of Terry Lee and Brenda Jane (Frazier) Collins, Sr. He graduated from Pioneer School. He was preceded in death by his father. He is survived by his mother; brother, Terry L. (Stephanie) Collins, Jr. of Kingston; sister, Christal L. (Shawn) Mercer of S. Bloomingville; special cousins, Kathy Collins and Kevin Moody; nephews, Levi and Garret Mercer; niece, Kelsey Morton and her baby great niece, Kaydence; ballplayers, Ashley, Logan and Ethan and many aunts, uncles and cousins. Funeral service will be held 11:00 a.m. Saturday February 13, 2010 at the Wellman Funeral Home, Laurelville. Burial will be in Green Summit Cemetery. Friends may call 4-8 p.m. Friday and 9-11 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to Wellman Funeral Home in Christopher’s name.
