Christopher Charles Hosterman of Circleville, Ohio passed away on April 1st at Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus after a brief illness. Chris was born on April 22, 1965 in Columbus, Ohio to O. Charles and Lucy (Tracy) Hosterman; she survives. Chris was a 1984 graduate of Logan Elm High School and worked at Wendy’s in Circleville for over 19 years. He was an active member of St. Philip’s Episcopal Church where he was an acolyte for over 25 years. Chris was a kind person who knew never knew a stranger. He was respected by his co-workers at Wendy’s and loved greeting the customers. He was well known around Circleville often seen walking on errands downtown. He was a fan of the rock band, KISS, and attended many rock concerts with his friends and family. He was a member of the Hawks Special Olympics championship basketball team in 1988 and loved to watch Ohio State football with his dad. Chris was proud of his work at Wendy’s and above all loved everyone in his family. He was a devoted son, brother, and uncle to his nieces and nephews. He was truly a kind person to all that came in contact with him, and he will be missed by friends and family. In addition to his beloved mother, Lucy, he is survived by his sister Tracy Hosterman and her husband John DeLap of Columbus, Indiana and their children Charlie, Sam, Katie, and Sarah; his Uncle John and Aunt Madeleine Hosterman of Circleville and Uncle David and Aunt Pat of Poway, California.
