Christopher Pate

Christopher James Pate, 27, of  Circleville/Groveport/Springfield OH born January 27, 1991; was called home to the Lord; surrounded by his loving family on November 17, 2018.   He is survived by: father Kevin Pate of Groveport, OH, mother Lori (Beyor) Lattimer of Circleville, OH, stepfather Paul Lattimer of Circleville, grandfather Norman Howard Beyor of Bexley, OH, half-sister Samantha Merriman of Canal Winchester, OH, step-brothers Paul, Adam, Nathan Lattimer of Grove City, OH, fiancée Shannon McClanahan of Springfield, OH.  He additionally is survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.  Christopher attended Groveport Madison High School.  He was very knowledgeable and excelled at computer technology; and enjoyed gaming, camping, fishing, hunting, music and animals.  He especially loved movie and game night with his mom.  He wrote poetry quite often and shared it.  He mostly loved to be with his family and devoted the majority of his self and time to loving his fiancée Shannon.  They are forever embraced with their love for one another.  A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, November 27, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. at the Wellman Funeral Home, Circleville with David Lattimer officiating.  Friends may call at the funeral home on Tuesday from 5-7 p.m.  Memorial contributions are suggested to Columbus Humane Society.   Wellman Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.   Online condolences can be made to www.wellmanfuneralhomes.com.
