Cindy O'Neal

Cindy K. O’Neal 48, of McArthur, died May 16, 2013 at OSU Medical Center. She was born September 28, 1964 in Logan, the daughter of Carl and Freeda (Tatman) Brown. She was preceded in death by her parents and son, Shawn Michael O’Neal. She is survived by her husband, Timothy O’Neal; daughter, Dawn Marie O’Neal and sisters, Cheryl Brown and Suzanne Elkins. Funeral service will be held 2:30 p.m. Sunday May 19, 2013 at the Otterbein Church. Burial will be in Otterbein Cemetery. Friends may call from 2-6 p.m. Saturday at the Wellman Funeral Home, Laurelville.
