Clair Millard, 76, of Williamsport passed away on July 24, 2024. He was born on August 16, 1947 in East Stroudsburg, PA to Clair and Helen (Symonies) Millard. He had been a Special Agent with Homeland Security and was an Air Force Veteran. He was preceded in death by his parents. Clair is survived by his wife Beverly (Smith) Millard; children Todd Millard, Jennifer (Brian) Frisk, Tim Millard and Clair J. Millard Jr. and by grandchildren Jarrod Barfield, Kaitlyn Frisk and Jaycee Frisk. Mass of Christian Burial will be on Saturday, August 3, 2024 at 9:00 a.m. at the St. Coleman Catholic Church, Washington C.H., Ohio with burial to follow in Springlawn Cemetery.
