Claude L. “Dusty” Conrad II, 48, of Circleville passed away on Thursday September 10, 2015. He was born on November 16, 1966 in Circleville to Claude and Ethel (Lemaster) Conrad. In addition to his parents he is survived by his wife; Teresa (Daubemire) Conrad II, children; Dustin (Devan) Conrad, Brent Conrad, Taylor Conrad and Ashley Blair, 1 grandchild; Eythan, brother; Curtis Conrad and by sister; Ladona Blair. Memorial services will be held on Thursday, September 17, 2015 at 6:00 p.m. at the Wellman Funeral Home with Chaplain Jim Ferrell officiating. Friends may call at the funeral home on Thursday from 4-6 p.m. The family requests memorial contributions be made to the Wellman Funeral Home in Dusty’s name.
