Clayton Smith

Clayton M. Smith, 11, of Amanda, died August 19, 2010 at Children’s Hospital. He was born April 12, 1999 in Columbus, the son of Clay and Denise (Sheets) Smith. He was a 5th grader at Amanda Elementary School and loved fishing and playing video games. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Dan K. Sheets. He is survived by his parents; siblings, Cody B., Dylan C. and Jessica M. all of the home; grandparents, Bo and Charlene Smith of Tarlton and Vera Sheets of Kingston; aunts and uncles, Jeff and Deanna Karr of South Perry, Mary Jane Downs of Circleville and Misty Sheets of Circleville; many cousins; great aunt and uncle, Earl and Mary Louise Smith of TX and other great aunts and uncles. Funeral service will be held 1:00 p.m. Monday August 23, 2010 at the Wellman Funeral Home, Circleville. Burial will be in Tarlton Cemetery. Friends may call from 2-6 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to Wellman Funeral Home in Clayton’s name.
