Connie Swackhammer, 64, of Circleville passed away on Sunday, January 5, 2014. She was born on October 24, 1949 in Hocking County to Gordon and Donna (Poling) Swackhammer. She was preceded in death by her father, Gordon Swackhammer. Connie is survived by her mother, Donna (Poling) Swackhammer, one sister, Susan Gordon, one brother, Jay Swackhammer and by numerous nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held on Friday, January 10, 2014 at 1:00 p.m. in the Wellman Funeral Home with burial to follow at Floral Hills Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home on Thursday from 2-4 and again from 6-8 p.m.
