Cora Fields

Cora L. Fields, 75, of Mount Sterling died on Wednesday, April 30, 2014. She was born on August 20, 1938 in Pickaway County to Leroy and Helen (Giffen) Sowers. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Bill Fields, a son, Allan Swank, and by two brothers, Dick Sowers and Louie Sowers. Cora is survived by her children, Tim Swank, Misty (Todd) Wyatt and Billie Jo Morton, 12 grandchildren, Erin, Jimmy, Kathy, Sara, Wayne, Jacob, Paul, Amanda, Grace, Seth, Gage and Michael, 10 great grandchildren, Kelsey, Ashlie, Bryce, Jamie, Erik, Cameron, Carson, Joseph, Allanah and Olivia, one great great grandchild, Kaydence, four sisters, Ruth (Gerald) Mettler, Helen Bragg, Waldena (Dale) Hendrick, Anna (Jack) Allen and by one brother, Butch (Sue) Sowers, and by one sister-in-law, Emma Sowers. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, May 3, 2014 at 12:00 p.m. in the Wellman Funeral Home, Circleville with burial to follow in Omega Cemetery, Waverly. Friends may call at the funeral home on Friday from 5-7 p.m.
