Dale Burris

Dale G. Burris, 76, of Stoutsville, died January 5, 2012 at Berger Hospital. He was born December 22, 1935 in Pickaway County, the son of Sanford and Ora (Kneece) Burris. He was a U.S. Army veteran and retired from Reynolds Aluminum. He was preceded in death by his parents; step-father, Millard Hart; brothers, Richard, Roger and Gerald and sister, Mary Battles. He is survived by his wife, Dora (Russell) Burris; children, Dale Burris, Jr., Mary (Clifford) Adams, Laura Coverdale, Tracey (Steve) Fowler and Russell Burris; 15 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren; half brothers, Bradley (Mary), Ralph (Barb), Ted (Sharon) and James Hart and numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be held 12:00 noon Monday January 9, 2012 at the Wellman Funeral Home, Circleville. Burial will be in Forest Cemetery. Friends may call from 10-12 noon Monday at the funeral home.
