Daniel Cooper, 74, of Stoutsville passed away on May 16, 2024. He was born on May 13, 1950 in Chillicothe to William and Hilma (Kedash) Cooper. He was a retired Intervention specialist for Logan Elm High School for 35 years and was a Master Gardner. In retirement he wanted to get up when he wanted and go to bed when he wanted and to garden. He was preceded in death by his parents. Daniel is survived by his wife Mary (Bowers) Cooper; daughter Tara (Cody) Byers; granddaughter Brigitte; brother David Cooper and sister Peggy (Chuck) Mettler. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, May 22, 2024 at 1:00 p.m. at the Wellman Funeral Home, Circleville with burial to follow in Forest Cemetery. Visitation will be on Wednesday from 11-1.
