David Baxter, 61, of New Plymouth passed away on October 19, 2015. He was born on September 28, 1954 in Washington Court House to David and Virginia (McCafferty) Baxter. He served in the United States Marine Corp. David is survived by his parents; David Baxter and Virginia Jankiewicz,, wife; Judy (Lowe) Baxter, children; Misty Baxter, Robert Moore and Kenneth Mullins, 5 grandchildren and one sister; Danette Merritt.
