Deborah K. Knoedler, 59, of Circleville, passed away Friday, Nov. 14, 2014, at Grant Medical Center, Columbus.
She was born on Aug 29, 1955, in Renovo, Pennsylvania, to Donald C. and the late Gwendolyn (Minnich) Pagnotto.
Deborah was a graduate of St. Joseph School and Bucktail Area High School, class of 1973. In her younger years, she was employed by Lock Haven Hospital, Renovo YMCA, and as a caregiver for Marvin Lundfelt.
On Oct. 20, 1979, she was united in marriage by Father Bernard White at St Joseph Catholic Church, Renovo, Pennsylvania, to Kenneth P. Knoedler, who survives.
She was a former member of the Catholic Daughter’s of America, St. Joseph Catholic Church, Renovo, and member of the Circleville AMVETS Auxiliary and St. Joseph Catholic Church, Circleville.
She was preceded in death by her mother; and brother, Thomas Edward Pagnotto.
She is survived by sons, Karl (Elsa) of Martinsburg, West Virginia, and Kurt (Christine) of Ft. Leavenworth, Kansas; brothers, David of Renovo, Pennsylvania, and Donald of Stony Point, New York; sisters, Mary (Richard) Adams of Renovo, Lelia Pagontto of Renovo, and Christine (Kenneth) Kurtz of Morgantown, Pennsylvania; five grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
Cremation has taken place per Deborah’s wishes.
A memorial service is planned for 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 19, 2014, at Wellman Funeral Home, 1455 N. Court St., Circleville. She will be laid to rest in St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery in Hyner, Pennsylvania.
