Donald Myers

Donald Myers, 91, of Circleville passed away on March 3, 2018.  He was born on October 14, 1926 in Springfield to Richard and Stella (Crawford) Myers.  In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife Mable (Stringfellow) Myers, son-in-law Joe Streitenberger, grandson Jeremy Cooner and by brothers Jay, Bob and Joe Myers.  Don, a WWII USMC veteran farmed with his brothers in Madison County, worked at GE and Beckett Implements, Sears and in 1975 started Myers Repair Service.  He attended Heritage Nazarene Church, was founding member Pickaway Township Fire Department and was instrumental in building New Emmett Chapel Church on Tarlton Road.  Don is survived by his children Sherry Streitenberger, Cindy (Ed) Cooner, Linda (Dan) Miller and Jim (Tracy) Myers, grandchildren Mark, Joy, Amy, Darrin, Lisa, Heather, Angela, Tabitha, Alexis, Danny, Ryan, Christine and Jared and by 30 great grandchildren.  Funeral services will be held on Saturday, March 10, 2018 at 10:30 a.m. at the Heritage Nazarene Church with Pastor Joe Brown officiating burial will follow in Hitler Ludwig Cemetery.
