Donna (Hannah) Cook

Donna Cook, 87, of Circleville passed away on November 12, 2022.  She was born on August 21, 1935 in Tarlton to Soloman and Francis (Metzger) Hannah.  She was retired after 50 years as a Home Health Nurse.   In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by son Terry Allen and siblings Harry, Albert, Archie, William, Ernest, Cora May and ½ sister Dorothy.  Donna is survived by her children Connie Chamberlain, Charity Ann Blough, Donna Jean Thompson, Roberta Sue Minges, Geneva Welsh, 12 grandchildren and many great grandchildren.
