Donna Lindsey, 96, of Washington Court House passed away on Monday, November 14, 2011. She was born on November 27, 1914 in Madison County to Harvey and Lyda (Webb) Self. She retired from Fayette County Memorial Hospital where she was a dietary tech. She was also a volunteer grandparent and a foster grandmother. Mrs. Lindsey was an avid Bengals and Cincinnati Reds fan and enjoyed Nascar.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Franklin Lindsey, six brothers and four sisters.
Mrs. Lindsey is survived by her children, Lonnie (Norma) Lindsey of Washington C.H., Carol (Bobby) Gifford of Bainbridge, four grandchildren, Kelli, Micki, Doug and Scott, nine great grandchildren, one great great grandchild and by one sister Sylvia Fulton of Washington C.H.
Funeral services for Mrs. Lindsey will be held on Wednesday, November 16, 2011 at 1:00 p.m. in the Wellman-Kinzer Funeral Home with burial to follow in Washington Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home on Wednesday from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service at 1:00.
