Doris Boltenhouse

Doris M. Boltenhouse, 92, of Circleville, was called to her heavenly home, September 20, 2011 at her residence. She was born December 27, 1918 in Circleville the daughter of Alonzo and Clarinda (Ross) Lowery. She was a Sunday School teacher at Pilgrim Holiness Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Clarence Richard Boltenhouse, daughter Dorothy Mae Harrison, sons Richard Lee and Vernon James Boltenhouse, sister Evelyn Francis and brother Vernon Lowery. Doris is survived by her daughter Virginia (Willard) Pennington of Laurelville; 8 grandchildren; 21 great grandchildren and 10 great-great grandchildren. Funeral service will be held 1:00 p.m. Saturday September 24, 2011 at People’s Faith Chapel with Rev. John Demint officiating. Burial will be in Forest Cemetery. Friends may call from 4-8 p.m. Friday at Wellman Funeral Home, Circleville.
