Doris Ritchie

Doris J. Ritchie, 81, of Circleville, died October 10, 2013 at Genesis Health Care. She was born September 26, 1932 in Union County, the daughter of William and Elizabeth (Huffman) Burroughs. She was a member of Crossroads Church. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Hemlon Ritchie; brothers, Merle, Richard, Walter, Michael Burroughs and sisters, Mary Ann and Pamela. She is survived by her sons, Hemlon Ritchie, Jr. and Jerry Lee Ritchie of Circleville and William E. Ritchie of Owego, NY; 9 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren; siblings, Clarence and Lawrence Burroughs of Bellefontaine, Esther Speakman of Columbus, Marjean Eubanks of Irwin and James Burroughs of TN. Funeral service will be held 1:00 p.m. Monday October 14, 2013 at the Wellman Funeral Home, Circleville. Burial will be in Forest Cemetery. Friends may call from 2-5 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
