Doris Roof

Doris E. Roof, 90, of Circleville, died on Monday, January 5, 2015. She was born on February 24, 1924 in Circleville to Turney and Lola (Leist) Kraft. Doris was a longtime member of South Bloomfield United Methodist Church where she was organist for many years. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Roger Roof and siblings; Ned Kraft and Faye Timmons. Doris is survived by her son; Robert (Linda) Roof of Colorado, grandchildren; Jennifer Rising and Leslie Gloe, 3 great granddaughters and 2 great grandsons and by one brother; Paul Kraft. In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial contributions be made to South Bloomfield UMC or Berger Hospice. Funeral services will be held on Friday, January 9, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. at Wellman Funeral Home with Chaplain Jim Ferrell officiating. Burial will follow in Harrison Township Cemetery. Friends may call on Thursday from 5-8 p.m.
