Dorothy Arledge

Dorothy M. Arledge, 89, of Circleville, died August 13, 2012 at Pickaway Manor. She was born April 3, 1923 in Circleville the daughter of Plummer and Pearl (Pollock) Crago. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, William Arledge; infant daughter, Judith Lynn Arledge; and sons-in-law, Ed Adkins and Leo Moats. She is survived by her children, Dorinda Jean Adkins of Columbus, Sharon (Joe) Moats Schneider of Circleville, Penny (Brent) Liston of Menasha, WI and Patty (Kelton) Barthelmas of Circleville; 12 grandchildren, Cindy (Rodney) Asbury, Sherry Lynn Adkins, Beth (Tom) Whittington, Angie (Bob) Schneider, Kim (Brent) Gifford, Jeff (Ruth) Moats, Kris (Wade) Moats Lucas, John (Cindy) Moats, Amy Liston Nelson, Tracy (Dan) Sykes, Michael (Tiffin) Barthelmas and Kelly Jean Feeley; 26 great grandchildren; 1 great great grandchild; sister-in-law Marilyn Arledge; brother-in-law, John Strawser; numerous nieces and nephews, special friends Able Power Company. Funeral service will be held 10:30 a.m. Thursday August 16, 2012 at the Wellman Funeral Home, Circleville, with Pastor Jeff Moats officiating. Burial will be in Hitler-Ludwig Cemetery. Friends may call from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. The family wishes to thank Berger Hospice and Pickaway Manor for their loving care.
